My name is Marion, and I founded Forest & Flourish with a single, heartfelt mission: to guide those who feel stressed and overwhelmed to slow down, rediscover inner balance, and gain a clear vision for purposeful living.
For years, I navigated the pressures of a demanding career and the juggle of responsibilities until I discovered the profound power of connecting with nature and cultivating inner peace. These practices weren't just hobbies; they were my lifeline, transforming my own journey from overwhelm to a place of deep calm and genuine purpose.
My commitment to this transformation led me to formal training. I am a Certified Forest Therapy Guide, a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and a RYT 200 Yoga Teacher.
